What We're Looking For:

Our Marketing Contact Center is expanding its EMEA team to drive high-impact results. We are a small friendly international multilingual team that is looking for motivated individuals to help us accelerate our success and provide support to our customers.

We will appreciate friendly, hardworking people who have positive attitude and the ability to stay organized.

Join us in a fast-paced, multilingual environment where your contributions directly fuel Zebra’s growth and customer success across the EMEA region!

In this position you will drive revenue growth by acting as the primary point of contact for our EMEA customers. You will use your language skills and sales focus to qualify high-value opportunities and deliver them directly to our sales teams and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Perform campaign follow-ups to verify data and generate pipeline.
  • Provide pre-sale support and expert product knowledge to customers.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, marketing, or sales.
  • Multilingual fluency (specifically German, or other EMEA languages).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven, "action-oriented" mindset.

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
