Mission

Lead our French Account Growth team to drive incremental revenue (NRR) through daily coaching, a high-performing team rhythm, and rigorous data-driven management.

Impact

You will take full ownership of a mature, high-volume inside sales team where success is measured in incremental revenue. After a 3-month ramp-up, you'll be expected to deliver against a full team target while raising the bar on coaching quality and execution discipline.

As a Team Lead, you will

  • Coach and develop a team of 7 Account Growth salespeople through structured 1:1s, call reviews, and actionable feedback.
  • Lead by example: join calls and demos when needed, especially early on, to understand the motion and support the team in tough situations.
  • Drive performance through clear routines (weekly and monthly cadence, pipeline hygiene, performance reviews) and a results-first culture.
  • Own forecasting and commit: build and maintain a reliable forecast, adjust strategy throughout the month, and deliver against it.
  • Use data to manage: track the right KPIs, diagnose gaps, and influence outcomes through coaching and execution levers.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement: ensure guidelines are adopted, share field feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of the motion.

What you can expect

  • A hands-on leadership role, close to the field, focused on coaching and results — not heavy project management.
  • A fast-moving environment where the AG motion is maturing and you'll have real influence on how first-line management is done at Qonto.
  • A high-volume motion where methodology matters: remote selling, short-to-mid cycles, clear qualification standards.
  • Real ownership and visibility: you'll influence both team performance and the standards of inside sales management.

About you

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead in a tech company.
  • You are passionate about coaching and management, and you rely on clear methods : rituals, frameworks, scorecards, review routines, rather than managing by instinct.
  • You are comfortable with high-volume, short-to-mid cycle inside sales motions and can balance speed with quality.
  • You are strong on forecasting and data: you know how to use CRM data (Salesforce) and straightforward reporting to run a team.
  • You are a natural motivator: positive energy, genuine human connection, and a strong results mindset.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
