  • Assist with layout plans and drafting using AutoCAD or similar tools
  • Research and recommend plant materials, hardscape elements, and site features
  • Incorporate feedback from project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies into design revisions
  • Support client presentations and participate in project discussions as needed
  • Occasionally assist with site visits to gather information and support project coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Master’s preferred)
  • 1+ years of professional experience in landscape design or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
  • Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D visualization tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow

Work Environment & Schedule

  • In-office for the first six (6) months; hybrid work arrangement available thereafter
  • Primarily office/studio-based work with occasional field/site visits
  • Moderate travel for site visits, meetings, or project support

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, community-impacting projects
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting municipal and public-sector work
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • Professional growth and development with a clear path toward licensure
