Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented K-9 Trainer Support to join our team! In this role you will get to work with Military Working Dogs in the Middle East. This position is not remote.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and documenting all Military Working Dog (MWD) training. Will ensure that all MWD team proficiency training is current and maintained.
• Will assist kennel master with all operations. Supervise the care and feeding of dogs.
• Ensure kennel and kennel facility maintenance. Manage transport of dogs.
• Coordinate training and duty schedules for all dogs. Ensure that all administrative, accountability, and medical records are maintained.
• Obtain all training support requirements.
• Responsible for storage and accountability of all training aids.
• Will act as primary or alternate equipment custodian for all accountable assets. Be responsible for maintaining inventory listings and training aid listings.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Must have five (5) years of experience providing military working dog team training.
• Must be a graduate of the DoD Kennel Masters course.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a valid state and be able to obtain a Government issued Driver’s License.
• Training and experience in USAF Equipment Custodian process is desired

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
