Title: Jr. Litigation Paralegal - DTX

Location: Dallas United States

Job Description:

Now Hiring: Junior Litigation Paralegal (Commercial Litigation) | Dallas, TX

We're partnering with a growing Dallas law firm to add a Junior Litigation Paralegal to their commercial litigation team. This is a growth position, working alongside a senior litigation paralegal and supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

 Location: Dallas, TX

 Work Arrangement: Primarily in?office; potential flexibility for 1-2 remote days per week (attorneys prefer in?office presence but support reasonable flexibility)

 Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (some flexibility)

 Billable Requirement: 1,500 hours annually

 Bonus: Discretionary and formula based (based on experience and meeting billables)

 Paid Parking + Full Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k))

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a commercial litigation paralegal with 5+ years of Texas law firm experience and solid tenure who is looking to grow within a collaborative team. Trial attendance is not required, but strong trial preparation experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation
  • Handle trial preparation, document production, and case management
  • Prepare draft pleadings, discovery, and litigation support documents
  • Organize and maintain files, databases, and case materials
  • Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Coordinate electronic and in?person filings and service
  • Collect, review, and summarize records
  • Assist with calendaring and docketing
  • Utilize litigation support platforms including Relativity and OnCue

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong hands?on trial preparation experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast?paced, deadline?driven environment
  • Experience in small to mid?sized law firms
  • AM Law firm experience is a plus, not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, time?management, and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail and quality work product
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism, reliability, and discretion required
