We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst | Intelligent Document Processing & AI Solutions to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in client workshops and requirement-gathering activities related to Intelligent Document Processing, document-centric workflows, and end-to-end business solutions (e.g. contract management, invoice processing), under senior guidance;


• Support the analysis of business requirements and contribute to the design of automated processes and workflows leveraging AI-based document processing;


• Assist in the documentation of business processes, functional requirements, and solution artefacts, including AI-related use cases;


• 
  Participate in configuration, testing, and validation activities for document processing and automation solutions;


• Collaborate with business and technical team members to ensure requirements are clearly understood and consistently implemented


• Support pre-sales activities through the preparation of presentation material, scopes, checklists, and demo content for AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment;


• Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and enterprise systems;


• Interest in Intelligent Document Processing, AI-driven automation, and document-centric business solutions;


• Strong documentation and written communication skills;


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving;


• 
  Consulting-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams;


• Strong learning mindset, team spirit, and motivation to grow into a more senior Business Analyst or solution-oriented role;


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering).
