Job Description
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial European ITAD Sales Manager to take ownership of the European market and build a profitable pipeline of IT equipment from source through to sale.
This is a remote, commercially focused role for someone who understands the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) market and knows how to identify organisations across Europe with surplus, end-of-life or redundant IT equipment — then turn those opportunities into profitable trading relationships.
You will be responsible for sourcing IT stock, developing supplier relationships, identifying buyers and selling equipment into the right downstream channels.
If you have the network, sales ability and commercial instinct to find IT equipment and turn it into revenue, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact across Europe.
Your market could include schools, colleges, universities, corporates, public-sector organisations, charities, IT service providers and other organisations across Europe that regularly refresh their technology estates.
You will identify opportunities where organisations have equipment such as:
-
Laptops and desktops
-
Monitors and displays
-
Servers and networking equipment
-
Tablets and mobile devices
-
Printers and peripherals
-
End-of-life and surplus IT assets
-
Lease returns and technology refresh stock
-
Excess or redundant inventory
You will develop relationships with decision-makers including IT Managers, IT Directors, Procurement Managers, Facilities Managers, Finance Teams and education IT leaders.
The objective is simple:
Find the stock → Secure the opportunity → Move the equipment → Sell it profitably.
This is not a traditional account-management role. We want someone who enjoys hunting for opportunities, opening doors and creating deals.
You will:
-
Build a pipeline of organisations across Europe with upcoming IT refresh and disposal requirements.
-
Prospect schools, colleges, universities, corporates, public-sector organisations and other organisations across European markets.
-
Identify businesses with surplus, redundant or end-of-life IT equipment.
-
Develop long-term relationships with IT and procurement decision-makers.
-
Generate new ITAD opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
-
Understand the equipment available and establish its potential resale value.
-
Work with internal operations and logistics teams to arrange collection and processing.
-
Source stock at commercially viable prices.
-
Identify the best downstream sales channels for each asset category.
-
Sell equipment to wholesalers, resellers, exporters, retailers and other buyers.
-
Negotiate purchase and sales prices while protecting margin.
-
Maintain accurate pipeline, stock and trading information.
-
Monitor European market conditions to identify new opportunities.
-
Develop repeat business rather than relying solely on one-off transactions.
-
Take ownership of European revenue, gross margin and customer acquisition.
We are looking for someone with:
-
Proven B2B sales experience within ITAD, IT recycling, IT asset management, IT distribution, electronics, technology or a related sector.
-
Experience sourcing or selling used, refurbished or surplus IT equipment.
-
A strong understanding of the secondary IT market.
-
Experience selling into or working with schools, education, corporates, public sector or large organisations is highly desirable.
-
An existing network of potential suppliers and/or downstream buyers across Europe is a major advantage.
-
Strong outbound prospecting and business-development skills.
-
Excellent negotiation and commercial judgement.
-
The ability to understand equipment value and resale potential.
-
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach.
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-
The discipline to manage a European market remotely and consistently build pipeline.
-
A genuine hunter mentality — comfortable making calls, opening new accounts and chasing opportunities.
-
Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
What We Offer
-
Fully remote working
-
Ownership of the European ITAD market
-
The opportunity to build and manage your own supplier and customer network across Europe
-
Competitive base salary
-
Uncapped commission / performance-related earnings
-
Clear revenue and gross-margin targets
-
Support from operations, logistics and trading teams
-
Opportunity to grow with a scaling ITAD and technology trading business
-
The autonomy to develop your own European market and relationships
If you already know where redundant IT equipment ends up — and more importantly, how to get access to it and turn it into profitable sales — this could be the role for you.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to arrive.
You find the stock. You build the relationship. You create the deal. You drive the margin.
