Title: Inside Sales Support Associate (Remote)
Location: Tulsa United States
Job Description:
This is a permanent remote position. Must be located in Central Standard Time (CST) OR MOUNTAIN TIME (MT). Please note this position would require travel to the Headquarters location (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week. Please do not apply unless you are able to travel to Headquarters during the first week of employment.
Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.

1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role
Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
What you bring:
Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions
Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies
Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner
Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers
Price Quoting Management: managing new price requests and working within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing
Outbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls

The Opportunity:
The Inside Sales Support Associate position works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain crucial relationships with the internal team, external sales representatives, and customers. This position is responsible for safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.
