Salary: $14–$16 per hour, plus uncapped monthly bonuses

• Compensation: $14-$16/hour base pay plus uncapped monthly bonuses!
• Location: Remote (Work from home in the United States)
• Schedule: Full-time positions with day & afternoon shifts available

What You'll Do

• Handle 35-45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!)
• Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs
• Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services
• Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently
• Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy
• Competitive, success-driven mindset
• Authorized to work in the United States

Work From Home Requirements

• Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with hard-wired ethernet connection
• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
