Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Job Summary
AccruePartners is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support firm growth through recruiting, business development, and client relationship management. This is a production-focused position involving full-cycle recruiting and sales, including prospecting and cold calling hiring managers, sourcing and interviewing candidates, developing client relationships, and managing placements.
The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a defined advancement path. Candidates should be competitive, relationship-driven, comfortable with high outbound calling activity, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
The position requires five days per week in the Charlotte office during the first 90 days, followed by a hybrid schedule.
THE OPPORTUNITY
AccruePartners is expanding and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our internal team and help accelerate firm growth. You’ll join an award-winning firm with 20+ years of market presence, a Carolinas focus with national reach, and a reputation for placing top talent with some of the most recognized companies in the region.
This isn’t a support role — it’s a production seat. You’ll learn the business of recruiting and sales from people who are actively doing it, earn real commission from day one, and build a skillset that compounds throughout your career. If you’re competitive, relationship-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this is where you want to start.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Own both sides of the staffing equation — you’ll recruit top candidates and develop client relationships with hiring managers, running full-cycle from first call to placement.
-
Prospect and cold call hiring managers across the Carolinas to build and grow a client portfolio from our HQ near Uptown.
-
Source, screen, and recruit candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
-
Conduct phone and video interviews; assess fit and prepare candidates for client conversations.
-
Manage your pipeline daily in Bullhorn; track activity, submittals, and results with consistency.
-
Build relationships in person — at networking events, client visits, and in the market.
-
Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Bullhorn and Bullhorn Amplify, and other platforms to research and identify talent.
-
Communicate daily with professionals at the manager and hiring manager level — on the phone, on camera, and in writing.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
0–3 years of professional experience; internships in sales, recruiting, staffing, or professional services count.
-
Comfortable with high outbound activity — calls are your primary tool and you don’t shy away from them.
-
Strong communicator in writing and on the phone; you can hold your own in a conversation with a VP-level decision maker.
-
Motivated by performance-based pay — you want to see a direct connection between your effort and your earnings.
-
Curious, coachable, and competitive with a genuine hunger to learn and improve.
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in place of degree.
-
Based in Charlotte, near Uptown, and requires five days in office for the first 90 days — hybrid after.
