As a HSE Graduate at DTI, you'll be part of a team responsible for delivering some of Australia's most complex and meaningful infrastructure projects across rail, roads, energy, renewables and Defence.
You'll be supported to shape your career journey - Our Graduate Program is designed to help you build capability, explore career pathways, and create impact.
About the Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program will help you to gain experience aligned to your discipline, take part in masterclasses and an annual conference, as well as receive support from a buddy and career coach. We focus on experience over rotations, giving you meaningful exposure aligned to your career goals.
About You
- In your final year of study or has recently graduated a relevant Health & Safety (OHS/WSH), Environmental Science, Engineering or Sustainability qualifications (within the past 24 months).
- Has an interest in infrastructure, engineering or construction.
- Demonstrates reliability, professionalism and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Takes initiative and is willing to step outside their comfort zone.
- Is adaptable and open to new experiences.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and building relationships.
- Hold valid, unrestricted Australian working rights. This includes Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents and eligible Temporary Graduate Visa holders. (Please note we are unable to accept applicants on other restricted temporary visas).
