Our client is currently seeking a qualified Identity Access Management Operations Manager to join their team remotely.

This role carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's
policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, & firing,
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required

• Minimum 3 or more years of related Information Technology or Identity and Access Management operations experience, including account provisioning and deprovisioning, is preferred; prior team-lead or supervisory experience is also preferred

• Strong and interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Superior telephone etiquette

• Strong problem solving skills

• Must display initiative and assertiveness

• An ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner

• A good working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, hardware and software tools, operating techniques and client applications

• Knowledge of identity lifecycle processes, access request approvals, account provisioning, account modification, and timely deprovisioning is preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to prepare operational, compliance, and management reports are required

• Relevant certifications in identity and access management, information security, IT service management, or related technologies are preferred

• Strong leadership, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage work priorities and service expectations

• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, directory services, enterprise applications, and access-control concepts

• Experience using Identity and Access Management tools, ticketing systems, and documented control procedures to support provisioning and deprovisioning activities is preferred

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $46.50 - $62.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
