What you will do:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Iberia HRBPs, ensuring the operational alignment of People strategies across the region.
- Lead and optimize the entire employee lifecycle, delivering an exceptional employee experience across onboarding, leave management (temporary disability/IT), and offboarding processes.
- Ensure full legal and operational compliance of all contractual documentation, internal policies, and employee handbooks in accordance with the regulatory frameworks of Spain and Portugal.
- Proactively maintain, audit, and safeguard digital employee files to ensure permanent internal audit readiness for legal or corporate requirements.
- Oversee the governance of HR data, ensuring strict regulatory compliance with data protection laws (GDPR) across all departmental information workflows.
- Coordinate and supervise payroll inputs with the external vendor, guaranteeing data quality, timely payments, and social/tax compliance for Iberia.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of corporate benefits and flexible remuneration schemes, leading vendor relations and resolving complex employee inquiries.
- Execute annual Compensation and Benefits (C&B) processes, including salary review cycles, as well as the calibration and accrual of variable bonuses.
- Act as the primary focal point (Tier 1/2 Support) for employee inquiries regarding labor relations and internal policies across Iberia, maintaining excellent response SLAs.
- Maintain core HRIS functionality (Workday), ensuring the integrity of master data and leveraging HR Analytics to build dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement across People Ops workflows by automating manual tasks and designing impactful Employee Experience strategies.
- Collaborate on cross-functional regional (EMEA) and global HR initiatives, leading the local implementation of system upgrades and global policy harmonization.
- Serve as the internal labor law advisor for Iberia, anticipating legislative or collective bargaining agreement modifications, and assessing their impact on the company's operational policies.

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
- 3-5 solid years of experience in HR Operations
- Rigorous, autonomous, curious, project management & detail oriented
- Open minded, responsible & eager to learn
- Actively seeks ways to optimize internal processes and elevate team practices.
- Strong expertise in Spanish and Portuguese labor regulations, local legal frameworks, and corporate HR policy compliance
- Tech savvy: use of HRIS Workday, Gdrive, Notion
- Fluent in Spanish, advanced level of English
