Required Pay Scale: Up to $28.72/hr W2 (DOE)

Job Summary:Our client is seeking an HR Operations Leaves Specialist to support the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA) programs within a Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave-related inquiries, ensuring an exceptional employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and federal/state leave regulations.
Project Details:
- Administer and support parental and other Leave of Absence programs.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding leave-related questions.
- Process leave requests and maintain accurate case documentation.
- Review and process leave paperwork while ensuring employees receive appropriate pay during leave.
- Interpret leave policies and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, HR COEs, and business partners to ensure consistent communication.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state leave regulations.
Must Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering Leave of Absence (LOA) programs.
- Experience handling employee leave inquiries in an HR Operations or Shared Services environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and case management skills.
Desired Skills
- 2+ years of experience supporting customers in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR COE, or a business-facing HR role.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and other applicable leave and benefits regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.f
