Job Description:
We're seeking an accomplished experiential marketer to join our Global Experiential + Industry Marketing team, focusing on leading, developing and executing immersive physical and digital brand experiences across consumer events. As Head of Experiential Marketing on the Global Experiences team you will lead a strategy and execution supporting Meta's priorities and product launches with a demonstrated understanding of established and emerging technologies, focused around our Reality Labs and AI portfolio. This creative thinker will deliver experiences that break through the noise and showcase our brand, innovative products and their ability to connect people in meaningful ways. A successful candidate will come to the table with established expertise in driving socially relevant experiences, partnerships, a background working with technology and popular moments, rooted in strategy with experienced leadership skills.
Head of Global Experiences Responsibilities

Own and develop experiential marketing campaigns for global events and activations centered around our Reality Labs and AI portfolio, while delivering against key performance indicators with measurable results

Career experience in setting and executing against a strategy and leading best in class programs

Lead and drive highly nuanced cross-functional projects and experiences

Demonstrated leadership, both strategic and tactical, with the ability to give clear direction, take frank feedback and enjoy the rapid pace of the business

Demonstrated partnerships and relationships with production agencies, creative agencies and industry to bring strategic concepts to life

Drive a 360-degree experiential marketing strategies aligning with Meta's product goals

Work with Decision Science team to define and report measurement metrics

Complex problem solving and the ability to align and drive XFN teams against goals and objectives

Oversee marketing and experiential budget while with close collaboration with finance and planning partners

Lead long range planning, identify new opportunities, select and manage partners, vendors, contractors and other resources to achieve business objectives while delivering on budget

Executive Leadership presence and comfortability interfacing with all levels across communications and presentations

Position includes frequent travel
Minimum Qualifications
-
12+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on experiential marketing and events
-
Vast experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in an organization to drive impact and influence change

Demonstrated expertise in developing and producing innovative hybrid, multi-channel consumer and emerging experiences

Vast network of creative, agency, partner, and vendor relationships
-
Direct experience managing B2C experiential programs
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in tech hardware, marketing technology, retail or media industry

Experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, creative technology
$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
