About the Role
Group HRIS Process Expert
Location: Czech Republic, Prague, Stockholm, Sweden
Job Description:
As a Group HRIS Process Expert, you will report to Global HR Process Lead and will be part of the Group HR team.
You will:
- Be the global system expert for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Talent Management modules such as performance anagement, talent review, career exploration.
- Bring expertise in skill profile management (e.g., Talent Intelligence Hub or similar) and understand its integration with modules like Recruiting, Performance, and Employee Central.
- Work with global HR stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the module design meets business needs now and in the future.
Lead the implementation of new modules such as Opportunity Marketplace, collaborating with third-party partners and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy the system. - Ensure the modules integrate effectively with other modules in SuccessFactors, maintaining consistency across the HR system landscape.
- Support and continuously improve live systems by managing upgrades and ensuring stability.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to share knowledge, drive best practices, and find innovative solutions.

- Senior Experience with SAP SuccessFactors talent management modules is mandatory.
- Certification for these modules is beneficial.
- Experience in HRIS implementation or support, with a focus on talent management solutions.
- Expertise in skill profile management (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub or similar) and its interaction with other modules.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our hub in Prague or Stockholm.
