Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

German Payroll Specialist

Your future role:

  • Comprehensive monthly payroll operations processing for international Client,

  • Preparing statutory reports and payments, monthly reports and other payroll operations activities,

  • Support year-end processes and other country-specific payroll activities outside of regular monthly payroll runs,

  • Ability to identify compliance remediations and work around the issues,

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and handle payroll-related inquiries efficiently,

  • Building and nurturing the relationship with the Client and delivering world class service,

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Apply if you have:

  • A university degree,

  • 2+ years of experience in operational German payroll processing (preferably more than 1000 payslips per month),

  • Experience in SAP Payroll module, including comprehensive scope of payroll transactions processing, reporting, system issues solving,

  • Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,

  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,

  • An ability to support solving escalations,

  • Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation),

  • Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, and good work organization.
