Job Title: GenAI Portfolio Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 5x/week

Contract Length: 9 months

Rate: $60-70/hr

Interview Process: 2 rounds (Manager + Stakeholder Panel)

• Enterprise program / portfolio management
• Dependency + risk management across multiple initiatives
• Experience with Agile / SAFe environments

Plusses:

• Financial tracking / capacity planning
• Tools like Jira, Planview, MS Project

Job Summary: Oversees the delivery of multiple GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and execution across the portfolio.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage integrated portfolio roadmap and releases
• Track dependencies, risks, and milestones
• Facilitate governance and leadership updates
• Drive accountability across teams
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery
