Job Description:
Ryse Health is on a mission to create a world that is free of the burden of chronic disease. In order to do that, we have designed an innovative health care model for families and individuals living with type 2 diabetes. This model combines best-in-class therapies and technology with day-to-day support, coaching, and analytics to help patients to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
What you’ll do

You’ll be the first person potential patients meet when calling our practice, and you’ll be responsible for multiple facets of ensuring a smooth patient experience. Day-to-day you will:
- Schedule virtual and in-person patient appointments with our care team
- Communicate with and answer questions from existing patients, ensuring they get appropriate support
- Ensure our Northern Virginia and DC locations (currently Tysons Corner, Alexandria, and Metro Center) are well stocked and operating smoothly
- Other professional opportunities that emerge over time, consistent with a high-growth, startup environment
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- Track record of balancing competing priorities and managing projects to completion in a fast-paced professional environment
- Strong interpersonal instincts and skills
- Passion for the impact of your work on the broader world, and excitement to help reduce the burden of chronic disease
