Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Care Specialist to support one of Olsten Staffing’s client sites. In this role, you will be the voice of the organization, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience with every interaction. If you enjoy helping others, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this role is perfect for you! 

 Responsibilities

  •  Handle inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.

  •  Listen actively, show empathy, and work toward effective resolutions.

  •  Research, troubleshoot, and resolve loan‑level issues while documenting accurately.

  •  Understand customers’ challenges and proactively help prevent future issues.

  •  Adapt quickly to updates in processes and priorities.

  •  Participate in classroom, online, and hands‑on training.

  •  Support special projects or additional tasks as needed.

 Qualifications

  •  Strong attention to detail

  •  Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

  •  Ability to deliver outstanding service and “WOW” customers on every call

  •  Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

  •  Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment

  •  Ability to multi‑task using multiple systems

  •  High school diploma or GED + 1 year of work experience required

  •  College degree with 0–1 year of experience preferred

 Assignment Details

  • Type: Temp

  • Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)

  • Work Hours: Must be available between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, any day of the week, including weekends (two days off provided)

  • Pay Rate: **$16.00/hr (based on experience)**

  • Dress Code:  Professional

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
