Title: Family Court Co-Ordinator
Location: Wellington City New Zealand
Job Description:
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
Family Court Coordinator's contribute to the operation of the Family Court by coordinating specialist services and playing a key role in managing relationships with management, the judiciary, professional service providers, legal practitioners, court users and community groups.
This position is based at the Hutt Valley District Court, and is part of the Lower North Island Family Court Coordinator team. This is a permanent 16 hour per week position.

To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experiences:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Be able to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Be self-motivated and have high levels of initiative
- Be committed to the principles of te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Have experience in or knowledge of Family Court procedures and legislation
- Have analytical skills to enable relevant legislation to be interpreted and applied
- Have proficient levels of computer literacy

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $73,634 and $100,846 pro rata based on skills and experience, with the normal appoint range generally falling between $73,634 and $81,694.
