About the Role
Executive Assistant to C Level Executive
Job Description
A global holding firm is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant to join their growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, NYC-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will serve as the right hand to a high-profile senior executive, managing a demanding calendar, coordinating travel, and handling confidential communications with the utmost discretion. In addition to traditional EA responsibilities, this individual will take full ownership of the firm’s social media presence — crafting content, scheduling posts, and helping build a compelling personal brand across platforms. Looking for someone who is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values initiative, creativity, and a can-do attitude. No two days are the same, and the right person will embrace that with enthusiasm.
- 110-135k plus bonus and overtime ( Depends on Experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, right-hand support to the executive, managing schedules, priorities, and communications with precision and discretion
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior leaders, investors, and partners
- Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and handle sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Partner with other executives’ assistants and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Manage the local facilities support services
- Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
- Strong judgment, emotional intelligence; able to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
