This is an opportunity to contribute beyond traditional administrative responsibilities by building strong relationships, exercising sound judgment, and helping leaders stay focused on strategic priorities.
Working closely with multiple directors, you'll play an important role in coordinating initiatives, supporting confidential projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You'll join a collaborative team that values initiative, continuous learning, and meaningful contributions from every employee.
What's In It for You
• Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote position with a 35-hour work week and a culture that supports work-life balance.
• Receive a $500 home office allowance and all equipment needed to work successfully from home.
• Benefit from mentorship and knowledge transfer during onboarding, along with a leader who invests in employee development and professional growth.
• Access a competitive benefits package including health, life and disability insurance, a Group RRSP with employer matching up to 6%, three weeks of vacation, a two-week holiday shutdown, and a right-to-disconnect culture.
Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide executive support to senior leaders, coordinating priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• You'll assist with budget-related activities, licence renewals, and cross-functional coordination across departments.
• You'll monitor executive inboxes as needed, identify urgent matters, and ensure timely follow-up when leaders are unavailable.
• You'll support scheduling and administrative activities while helping keep priorities organized and on track.
• You'll review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, formatting, and clarity.
• You'll anticipate executive needs, follow up on action items, and confidently work independently to keep initiatives moving forward.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2 to 5+ years of executive assistant, executive coordination, or related administrative experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, manage confidential information, and take initiative.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work independently.
• Postsecondary education is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience supporting executives within a nonprofit or public sector environment is considered an asset.
