We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support our Engineering and Product organization. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a high-growth technology company supporting Engineering, Product, or Go-to-Market leaders and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly and adaptability is essential. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who takes ownership, communicates proactively, anticipates needs, and isn't afraid to respectfully challenge assumptions or raise concerns when something doesn't seem right. They enjoy partnering closely with leadership and peers, embrace AI and modern productivity tools to improve workflows, and are constantly looking for opportunities to make the team more effective.
This role is hybrid and requires in-person support two days a week in our San Francisco office, in addition to multi-day team onsites 3–4 times per year where in-person attendance may be required.
What You’ll Do
-
Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders within the Engineering and Product organization, managing complex priorities with professionalism, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
-
Partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to coordinate priorities, share context, and ensure seamless support across the Engineering and Product organization.
-
Serve as a trusted partner by anticipating executive needs, identifying potential issues early, and proactively driving work to completion with minimal direction.
-
Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating proactively, surfacing risks early, and helping remove obstacles before they become larger issues.
-
Lead and coordinate special projects and organizational initiatives, ensuring timely execution and strong stakeholder communication.
-
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and leverage AI and modern productivity tools to streamline workflows.
-
Handle highly confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity while fostering strong working relationships across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth technology company. Demonstrated experience operating at a Senior Executive Assistant level with significant autonomy and ownership.
-
Experience operating in startup or scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
-
Previous experience supporting EPD, or GTM organizations is strongly preferred.
-
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
-
Proven ability to think strategically, exercise sound judgment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and solve problems proactively.
-
Experience using AI and modern productivity tools to improve workflows, automate administrative processes, and increase operational efficiency.
-
Strong partnership mindset with the confidence to collaborate openly, provide thoughtful feedback, respectfully raise concerns, and build trusted relationships across the organization.
-
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and exceptional follow-through, with a track record of proactively driving work to completion and keeping stakeholders informed.
