Event Tech & Webinar Producer (Japanese - APAC Remote)

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Event Tech & Webinar Producer (Japanese - APAC) for a client of ours. Must have business proficiency and fluency in Japanese & English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities:

  • Review event details and stakeholder requirements
  • Configure event pages and registration on Cvent - Attendee Hub, Events+, Webinar, and Onsite (including building website build, emails, sessions, speakers, badge set,  - may require some minimal CSS/HTML manipulation)
  • Communicate all event updates via internal client ticket system (TESH)
  • Manage calendar requests for presenters, moderators, and staff
  • Manage technical elements of webinar rehearsals, recordings, live sessions and simulive playback covering platform overview, A/V test, and session flow
  • Edit event and session footage for on-demand playback, including intro/outro segments, lower thirds, transitions, and interstitials
  • Prepare post-event debrief documents for client
  • Produce livestream feed using proprietary software and stream decks (similar to vMix or Streamyard)

Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in event technology registration and webinars in a B2B environment
  • Must have business proficiency and fluency in Japanese & English (written & spoken)
  • Expertise in event configuration and management, including direct experience with in-person, virtual and hybrid events in Cvent ranging from 100 - 1,500 attendees
  • Experience in Cvent's Attendee Hub, Events+, Webinar, and Onsite products
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead the end-to-end event lifecycle and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Proven experience managing speakers and stakeholders throughout event cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly to clients in email and during conference calls.
  • Ability to take control of a call and direct presenters
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on being deadline-driven, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while handling last-minute requests and changes with composure
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, multi-project environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel on-site to events to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Cvent technology
  • Hands on experience as a technical producer or director with livestreaming experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Event Management, or a related field is desirable
