Pride Health is hiring an Epic Cadence Analyst to support our client's healthcare facility in Texas. 

Job Details: 
Schedule: Part Time
Location: Remote
Job Type: Remote Contract
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Pay Range: $65.00 to $75.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  

Duties: 

• Analyzes a chain of events and applies knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
• Successfully troubleshoots most application problems independently.
• Gains an understanding of customer requirements and their impact on the direction of a solution.
• Possess a working understanding of the areas of IT and the company's products and services.
• Complete time management, status reports and task updates as required by management.
• Must be able to work demanding hours when required
• Must be able to perform other duties as required to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Possesses primary knowledge in one application area and working knowledge in one or two others, addressing and resolving problems with some guidance and supervision.
• Applies knowledge with minimal guidance.
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge and retooling on emerging technologies.
• Administers assigned applications and/or technologies, following approved processes and procedures.
• Participate in the implementation of assigned applications and/or technologies under guidance from senior staff.
• Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for installed solutions.
• Monitors the performance of assigned applications and related technologies, performing required maintenance and upgrades as appropriate.
• Responsible for writing fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner, adhering to standards.
• Shares knowledge effectively within the work team.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School Diploma
• License(s): N/A
• Certification(s): Epic Cadence Certification required
• Years of experience: Must have 1-3 years of experience with Epic Cadence
