- Teaching and mentoring junior doctors and students to build confident, capable future clinicians
- Contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement and research that supports safer, smarter care
Let's talk about you!
You're a clinician who pairs technical expertise with genuine care for people. You value teamwork, communicate clearly and approach challenges with curiosity and courage. Making a meaningful difference for patients, supporting colleagues to grow, and serving a regional community is what motivates you.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Specialist registration with AHPRA and Fellowship (or equivalent) in Endocrinology
- Experience managing diabetes and endocrine conditions across diverse clinical settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working within multidisciplinary teams
You'll stand out if you bring regional experience and/or additional training in obstetric medicine or research. Most importantly, you'll live the Darling Downs Health values—compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage—creating positive impact every day.
