Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear expectations, timely communication, interview preparation, thoughtful follow-up, and ongoing engagement through the offer and start process.
-
Support intern conversion, returning intern, graduating intern, co-op, and new college graduate hiring activities as assigned.
-
Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity, candidate status, and requisition information in Workday and other Talent Acquisition systems.
-
Use recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks, communicate risks, and recommend practical improvements to recruiting plans and processes.
-
Represent GM at university events, student programs, professional conferences, and other talent engagement activities as needed.
-
Demonstrate GM Behaviors by owning outcomes, moving with urgency, leading as one team, committing to customers, being inclusive, and speaking fearlessly.
Required Qualifications

Experience managing multiple priorities, requisitions, or searches in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and move candidates through the recruiting process.
-
Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, or related recruiting activities.
-
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
-
Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage confidential information, and adapt to changing business and hiring needs.
-
Ability to travel periodically for university recruiting events, team meetings, or other business needs.
