Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Dividends Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing dividends and principal/interest payments, reconciling balances across various accounts, and supporting day-to-day client and operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong securities operations knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Reconcile and process cash and stock dividends for multiple clients

Process principal and interest payments and reconcile balances across various accounts

Calculate and submit foreign tax (EDS) elections in DTC
-
Respond to customer email inquiries and assist with customer phone calls as needed

Investigate and resolve dividend processing issues, discrepancies, and exceptions
-
Support onboarding of new clients and assist with client conversions
-
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
-
Handle critical issues and escalate concerns appropriately
-
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing

Maintain adherence to established procedures, controls, and service level expectations
Qualifications
-
5+ years of relevant experience
-
Solid experience with the Impact system; BPS knowledge is a plus
-
Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and changes in the industry

Deep understanding of products including mortgages, corporates, treasuries, and equities

Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to prioritize and address client issues or concerns in day-to-day business

Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $30.00 per hour - $35.00 per hour
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
