Job Description

Now, About This Role…

As Director, Relationships, you’ll drive SME growth through a relationship-focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and creating momentum by identifying and pursuing new business.

You’ll focus your time on market origination while also supporting your team in structuring and closing complex deals.

Qualifications

You’ll Likely Bring

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields.

• Proficiency in credit writing and financial analysis.

• A self-starter attitude, with a proven ability to build networks and partner with brokers.

• A collaborative team-player approach and a curious mindset.
