Job Description:
The Cardiometabolic Endocrine & Wellness (CMEW) Marketing Director will serve as the Marketing lead for the CMEW product team. This individual will develop marketing insights and strategic marketing plans to fulfill franchise priorities, drive execution through collaboration with customer marketing teams, and liaise with Commercial sales, franchise product leaders, and medical teams.
This position may be based as a hybrid either at Quest's Cleveland, OH or Secaucus, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of CMEW marketing.
- Develop strategic marketing plans that guide promotional strategy for products/portfolio; intentionally incorporating total enterprise and cross-portfolio approaches.
- Architect and communicate strategic value propositions through compelling positioning frameworks and customer-focused materials while working in partnership with customer and regional teams for effective messaging/strategy pull-through.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to lead promotion of product launches and growth initiatives for prioritized products/portfolios.
- Champion marketing excellence, including engaging/leading shared promotional approaches.
- Drive a variety of organic and paid acquisition strategies, including but not limited to content creation, product launch campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, and campaign performance analysis.
- Build relationships and partner with internal and external (key industry players, agencies, and vendors) stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for CMEW marketing.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Marketing experience, 5+ years of healthcare experience
- 3+ years of Cardiometabolic experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred
- Team oriented – ability to collaborate in diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment
- Excellent project leadership skills to ensure execution
- Superior communication skills including ability to deliver formal business presentations to executive leadership
- Initiative – ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions
- Superior strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities; Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or results
