Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as our Director of Creative Services, owning the end-to-end creative experience and creative strategy for World Financial Group. This role leads the vision and execution of our in-house creative team, delivering insight-led, brand-aligned work that drives engagement and business impact.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, design-led thinker who can elevate creative quality, build scalable systems, and lead a high-performing team. They will partner cross-functionally to translate business, brand, and audience insights into cohesive creative strategies, narratives, and experiences—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.

 

Job Description

Creative Strategy, Experience & Execution

  • Lead the development of a compelling creative vision that supports brand strategy, business objectives, and the end-to-end‑ agent experience.
  • Own the entire creative experience, from strategic brief through concept, design, production, and delivery across digital, social, experiential, and field marketing touchpoints.
  • Translate business objectives, brand strategy, and audience insights into clear creative strategies, narratives, and visual systems that drive engagement and action.
  • Lead concept development for major initiatives, campaigns, and programs, ensuring ideas are insight led, on brand, and scalable across channels.
  • Elevate creative thinking by balancing innovation with practicality to ensure creative concepts can be executed efficiently and at scale without sacrificing quality.
  • Guide work from strategic brief through concept, design, production, and delivery across digital, social, experiential, and field marketing

 

Design Systems, Standards & Brand Governance

  • Define, evolve, and govern design systems, templates, and visual standards to ensure brand consistency while enabling flexibility across teams and field execution.
  • Oversee the creation of reusable creative toolkits that support speed, self‑service, and field activation without compromising brand integrity.
  • Uphold brand governance and ensure consistency across all creative assets and channels.

 

Deliverables and Execution

  • Direct the development and execution of key creative outputs, including:
    • Brand and campaign visual identities
    • Digital and web experiences
    • Social and video content
    • Event, experiential, and environmental design
    • Field enablement and sales collateral
  • Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and brand expectations.

 

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic designers and specialized creative roles.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture grounded in clarity, accountability, and creative excellence.
  • Provide clear direction, ongoing feedback, and growth opportunities to support individual and team development.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in creative services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, project management tools, and production processes.
  • Expertise using traditional and digital creative channels
  • Strategic thinker and decision-maker to drive results
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to assimilate ideas in collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution.
  • Experience in B2B or channel marketing environments.
  • Experience in the financial services industry

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $140,000 - $160,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
