What you'll build
The Academy for Finance is a 20-month program with international virtual rotations, designed for high-performing graduates or young professionals with up to three years of work experience.
Our employees of the future will blend deep finance expertise with advanced technical fluency and a strong AI adoption mindset – our rotational program welcomes candidates with an understanding of finance topics, AI and data analytics.
As a Digital Finance Associate in the rotational program, you will experience four rotations in different areas such as:

A Global Finance center of excellence organization;
-
The Global Commercial Finance organization that works directly with our sales organization;

Citizen Development, Process, or Product Management to gain a better business understanding of what changes could improve processes, and gain experience in the implementation of changes.

Project – business case realization with measurable results.
Please note that departments can vary from Associate to Associate.
This position is for applicants starting and finishing the program in Prague.
What you bring
-
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or with another finance focus, with at least some working experience (e.g. internship) in a finance department.

Proficiency in data analytics and an ability to interpret financial data with insights and creative thinking to support strategic decision-making.

Comfort with data visualization, dashboards, and automated reporting with a solution-oriented mindset.

Understanding of coding and programming (e.g. Python, C++, JavaScript).

Hackathon and/or project experience.
-
Experience in vibe coding and API connecting knowledge are a plus.

Understanding of AI and agentic AI with a strong AI adoption mindset – our industry and our customers are undergoing rapid digital transformation.

A curious, adaptable, and agile professional who is an open-minded team player.

Excellent and effective English communication skills.
