Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid). Candidate must have strong expertise in backend development using Go/Gin and frontend development with React and TypeScript to build scalable, high‑performance web applications.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design scalable backend services using Go/Gin, developing RESTful APIs and microservices with high performance and reliability.

• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React and TypeScript to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Develop optimized PostgreSQL 17 database schemas, queries, indexes, and migrations to ensure data quality and efficiency.

• Implement authentication, authorization, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to uphold engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues by monitoring system performance and resolving backend, frontend, or database‑related defects.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and mentor junior developers while contributing to code reviews and architectural discussions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8–10 years of full‑stack development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Go/Gin for backend development and React with TypeScript for building scalable, high‑performance front‑end applications.

• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL 17, API design, CI/CD practices, and the ability to contribute to architecture, testing, and production troubleshooting.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
