Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Remote). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform development, along with expertise in designing and deploying AI-powered agent solutions.

Rate Range: $72/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents, including topics, instructions, actions, guardrails, and conversational capabilities.

• Develop and enhance supporting automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Sales Cloud technologies.

• Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, calculated insights, triggers, and proactive agent-driven workflows.

• Integrate Salesforce Agentforce solutions with external applications and enterprise platforms using APIs and integration frameworks.

• Conduct testing, performance tuning, deployment support, and production readiness activities for Agentforce implementations.

• Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and showcase AI-powered capabilities.

• Collaborate with business, technical, and architecture teams to define scalable Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10-14 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and enterprise platform delivery.

• Strong expertise in:

• Salesforce Agentforce

• Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Salesforce Data Cloud

• Apex Development

• Salesforce Flow

• API Integrations

• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, security, and data management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification.

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.

• Experience serving as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of AI-driven customer engagement, sales automation, and intelligent workflow solutions.

• Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

Pay Details: $72.00 to $75.00 per hour
