  • Develop and propose seasonal and in-season stocking strategies to commercial stakeholders, optimizing revenue, margin, and working capital outcomes.
  • Coordinate upstream with Supply Chain partners to monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot supply plans while optimizing inventory across the region.
  • Contribute to the consolidation of regional demand plans and play an active role in regional demand reviews.
  • Leverage IBP / S&OP processes to surface demand insights and support aligned decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner closely with Global MFP and regional Merchandising teams to translate seasonal plans into region- and channel-specific demand plans and tools.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Experience working within Merchandising Financial Planning (MFP) and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including strong analytical and modeling capabilities.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable navigating complexity in a fast-paced environment.
