Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Contract Length: 6mo
Pay Rate: $61 - $65
Top Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, or Analytics
- Strong experience in data governance, data strategy, and enterprise data management
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate insights to executive-level audiences
Plusses:
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries
- Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic initiatives
- Background in customer data strategy or analytics
- Strong leadership and transformation experience
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support development of Customer ADS strategy and contribute to enterprise data initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data insights to support strategic decision-making
- Develop compelling business cases to support funding requests and data initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across business units and leadership to align data strategy
- Assess data management risks, governance frameworks, and enterprise data capabilities
- Drive analysis supporting enterprise data simplification and modernization efforts
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to executive leadership
- Collaborate in a matrixed environment with competing priorities and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with timelines and expectations
- Support transformation initiatives focused on improving data usage and governance
- Translate complex data concepts into business-focused insights and recommendations
