edjuster is currently looking for Contract Data Entry Clerks within our In-house department to provide accurate and complete data entry of lists and/or review and editing of excel documents and import into our system.

This role is a remote position and we are looking for applicants from Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick. 

This is a contract position. No work is guaranteed in any given period of time and is totally dependent on the needs of our business. Assignment length could range from a few days to several months. 

Responsibilities

  • Complete the data entry of lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete the review and revisions of excel and imports.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with other team members on the progression of the data entry and pricing of contents.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with Team Leads and Managers.
  • Adhere to workflow deadlines.
  • Document and upload pertinent claim-related information and maintain detailed notes in the relevant systems.
  • Make any necessary changes immediately after the Quality Assurance review.
  • Complete and submit detailed work and time logs on a daily basis, for all claims processed.
  • Perform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • A Secondary School diploma.
  • Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles.
  • Be able to provide an adequate workspace, free of noise.
  • Strong technical skills (MS Office/Outlook, online research for accurate pricing of items, typing, accurate data editing, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.
  • French is an asset.
  • Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
