Location: United States Southern Pines, NC or Richmond, VA
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hybrid Schedule: Work from home Mondays & Fridays, onsite Tuesday-Thursday

We're hiring a French speaking Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You'll use your bilingual communication skills to provide exceptional support and help consumers get the most out of our products.
Responsibilities of the position include:

Answer, process, and document incoming phone calls, emails, and letters customers

Provide professional customer support in both English and French

Troubleshoot consumer concerns and deliver effective solutions

Maintain accurate and detailed interaction records

Work in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements of the position include:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)

At least six months of customer service experience

Strong communication skills (written and spoken)

Comfort with computers, data entry, email, and the internet

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
