You are the first point of contact for our customers and, with your commitment, ensure excellent service. As the central interface between customers and AVL DiTEST, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction and ensure smooth order processing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of requests in 1st level support – with a focus on fast, friendly and solution-oriented communication
• Technical and commercial advice for customers – supported by an experienced support team
• Answering customer inquiries by telephone and in writing as part of daily support
• Providing suggestions for improvement to optimize customer communication, services and customer satisfaction
• Participation in the further development of support tools and internal processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in customer service or the automotive environment
• Enjoyment of contact with people and fun working in a team
• Curiosity and interest in technical topics
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
