About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate, the Corporate Travel Specialist is responsible for managing all corporate travel requests efficiently and professionally. You’ll coordinate air, hotel, and ground travel arrangements while ensuring every booking aligns with client policies, preferences, and service level agreements.
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy and attention to detail, and approach every client interaction with professionalism and care. You bring a solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all travel reservations in accordance with client travel policies and contracts.
- Respond promptly to requests by phone and email within agreed timeframes.
- Offer clients at least two alternative itineraries and fare options for each trip.
- Provide professional advice on passport, visa, and health requirements.
- Deliver accurate confirmations, itineraries, and costings to clients.
- Ensure travel documentation is correct, complete, and delivered on time.
- Follow up with clients after travel to confirm satisfaction and identify improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with airline, hotel, and car hire partners to maximise value.
- Keep knowledge current by attending industry events and product updates.
- Process invoicing and refunds accurately and within required timeframes.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in corporate or business travel consulting.
- Proficiency in GDS (Sabre) and Tramada systems.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
