  • Support major corporate communications campaigns and integrated announcements from planning and preparation through execution.
  • Coordinate media lists, briefing materials, schedules, approvals, distribution, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Staff events – screenings, industry panels, media tours – as needed
  • Track media inquiries and route requests to the appropriate Communications team member in accordance with company protocols.
  • Conduct research on company, industry, competitor, and entertainment news topics to inform communications planning.
  • Maintain organized files, contact databases, editorial calendars, status trackers, and measurement reports.
  • Assist with internal communications initiatives as needed
  • Support international communications reporting across relevant markets and time zones.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Publicity, Legal, People Experience, Engineering, Product, and regional stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative and project-management support to the Corporate Communications team.

We are considering LA-based remote candidates who can come into our Los Angeles office twice a month for meetings and team collaboration.

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • 2+ years of experience in media relations or corporate communications ideally in entertainment, film, streaming, or a consumer brand.
  • Experience with awards submissions, speaking opportunities, media opportunities, or industry events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Proactive and resourceful — you anticipate what’s needed, solve problems, and are comfortable figuring things out as you go.
  • Interest in anime, pop culture, and entertainment is a plus.
  • Comfortable occasionally adjusting your schedule to support global teams, including early mornings or evenings when needed.
