Join Advanced Bionics, a Sonova Group company, as a Contract Analyst and support the administration, processing and maintenance of sales-related agreements throughout the contract lifecycle.

In this role, you will partner with the field sales team, Contract Directors and other cross-functional stakeholders to support new contracts, amendments and extensions for hospitals and professional customers. You will help ensure contract documentation is complete, required approvals are obtained, records are accurately maintained and agreement details are updated in applicable systems.

Responsibilities

• Process contract requests submitted by the field sales team.

• Prepare standard agreements, amendments, extensions, consignment documentation and loan equipment agreements using approved templates and established processes.

• Review contract requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness before routing them for approval.

• Coordinate contract redlines and collaborate with Contract Directors and internal stakeholders throughout the review process.

• Route agreements for approval and signature while monitoring contract status throughout the execution process.

• Maintain contract files, approval records, correspondence and executed agreements within designated repositories.

• Update SAP, Salesforce and other business systems with contract information, pricing and account-level details.

• Support pricing override processes related to implant sales.

• Monitor contract expiration dates and notify stakeholders of upcoming renewals or required actions.

• Generate routine contract, pricing, rebate and sales activity reports.

• Assist with annual consignment and loan equipment audits by collecting documentation and validating records.

• Respond to internal questions regarding contract status, documentation requirements and standard processes.

• Identify discrepancies, missing information or nonstandard requests and escalate them to the appropriate team member.

• Support continuous-improvement initiatives related to contract administration, documentation and workflow processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• At least two years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, order management, pricing administration, sales support, customer service operations or a related business function.

• Experience preparing, processing or maintaining contracts and related documentation.

• SAP experience strongly preferred.

• Salesforce experience preferred.

• Experience supporting Veterans Affairs customers or contracts is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with field sales teams and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality and compliance with applicable legal and organizational requirements.

• Self-motivated and comfortable taking accountability for assigned work and contract processes.
