About the Role

Are you a wordsmith who believes that "B2B" doesn't have to mean "Boring-to-Boring"? Do you get a rush from seeing a piece of content move the needle on pipeline, rather than just ranking on page one of Google?

At WorkMotion, we are building the future of global work. We don't just need a writer; we need a Content Architect. We are looking for someone who "burns" for creating content that resonates deeply with human emotions while keeping a cold, analytical eye on how that content contributes to our revenue.

You won't be a solo operator. You will be the conductor of an orchestra, managing external writers, an SEO agency, and a PR agency to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, human-centric, and strategically aligned with our revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

  • The Orchestrator: You’ll be the central hub, juggling multiple projects and stakeholders. You will brief and manage our external SEO agency, PR firm, and freelance writers to ensure every output aligns with our demand gen goals.
  • High-Impact Creation: You will craft high-stakes content (in English and German) that creates an emotional "click" with our audience, from thought-leadership articles and whitepapers to conversion-focused landing pages.
  • AI-Augmented Crafting: You’re an early adopter who uses AI to brainstorm, outline, and accelerate the "drudge work," but you possess the creative soul to fine-tune and humanize those drafts into something truly unique and relatable.
  • Demand Gen Strategy: You’ll work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure our content isn't just "nice to read," but actively feeds our pipeline. You’ll be constantly asking: "How does this piece contribute to revenue?"
  • Performance Optimization: You are data-driven. You’ll dive into the analytics to see what’s sticking, what’s converting, and how we can optimize our content library for maximum impact.

Who You Are

  • A Master Storyteller: You have a "good eye" for what makes content special. You know how to find the exact right words to evoke curiosity, trust, and excitement.
  • A Juggler: You thrive in high-energy environments. Managing an SEO agency, a PR agency, and multiple writers simultaneously feels like a fun challenge, not a chore.
  • Demand-Gen Minded: You understand that traffic is a vanity metric; pipeline is the reality. You are obsessed with the "Why" behind the content.
  • Bilingual Creator: You are native or fluent in both English and German. You can switch between the two without losing the nuance or emotional punch of the message.
  • Not an SEO Robot: While you’ll manage an SEO agency, we don’t need an SEO technician. We need a creative lead who ensures that "optimization" never comes at the cost of "resonance."

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing (B2B SaaS, HR Tech or Fintech experience is a massive plus).
  • A portfolio that proves you can turn complex topics into relatable, engaging narratives.
  • Proven experience in project management or coordinating external agencies/freelancers.
  • Comfortable with data: You know your way around HubSpot, GA4, or similar tools to track content attribution.
  • A mindset of "ownership": You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to innovate.
