Job Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Content Creator with a strong background in Treasury & Payment Solutions, Commercial Banking, or Treasury Management Sales to support the development of high-quality sales enablement and product marketing materials across enterprise banking initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with product management, sales, compliance, and marketing teams to create compelling internal and external collateral that effectively positions treasury and payment solutions within the market.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in content development, stakeholder collaboration, and translating complex banking products into clear, client-friendly messaging and presentations.
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates located near a major office for occasional onsite meetings)
Contract Length: 12 Months (Extension or FTE Conversion Possible)
Hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $40 on W2
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop professional sales and marketing collateral including product sheets, pitch decks, sales primers, presentations, and other treasury product materials.
- Partner with product management and sales stakeholders to support new product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Translate treasury and payment solution concepts into clear, compelling, and marketable content for internal and external audiences.
- Support intake requests related to content development and manage deliverables within established timelines.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory and branding standards.
- Coordinate translation and localization efforts with approved vendors when required.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, formatting, and branding across all deliverables.
- Recommend effective positioning and messaging strategies based on prior treasury management or banking sales experience.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with enterprise compliance, risk, and confidentiality requirements.
- Support ongoing updates and enhancements to existing sales collateral and product documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, treasury sales, product marketing, or related financial services environments.
- Proven experience creating sales collateral, presentations, marketing content, or product documentation within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Treasury & Payment Solutions products and services.
- Experience supporting product rollouts, sales enablement initiatives, or client-facing banking communications.
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, compliance, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred
- Treasury Management Sales experience.
- Commercial Banking or Payments industry experience.
- Sales support or banking product marketing experience.
- Project management or technical writing experience.
- French language skills are considered an asset.
- Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
Education
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related disciplin
