Summary of Job Description:
The CFT Accountant (General) position is responsible for assisting with the monthly close, including preparation of lead schedules, posting of journal entries, and maintenance of the general ledger. This position is responsible for monthly bank reconciliations, CAM reconciliations, and various ad hoc projects.
You’ll get a chance to:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all entities and review outstanding checks.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries for escrow closings and other miscellaneous requests.
- Calculate and allocate appropriate CAM expenses to tenants as defined by lease terms and perform
- annual reconciliation, coordinating with property management and leasing departments.
- Assist with billing and collection of tenant charges, including review and resolution of discrepancies in
- CAM charges.
- ·Assist with the monthly close, including preparation of lead schedules, posting of journal entries, and
- maintenance of the general ledger.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to obtain necessary documentation.
- Support the accounting and tax team with ad hoc projects.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.

Your background & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in accounting or equivalent experience required
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- If hired, successful completion of annual store training
Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500 / Annual
Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
