POSITION SUMMARY: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing teams, managing relationships and resolving payment and claims issues
• Review revenue cycle metrics and collaborate with internal and external billing partners to drive process improvement initiatives
• Lead and coordinate special projects, meetings, and cross-functional efforts to improve revenue cycle performance 
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with state and federal billing regulations 
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while addressing escalated billing and patient concerns

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a high-volume environment preferred 
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and CPT/ICD coding 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills 
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and process improvement leadership skills

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $56,700 - $85,000 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
