Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week | Uptown

Contract Length: 6+ months

Rate: $40-45/hr

Top Requirements:

  • 2+ years of client onboarding experience
  • Experience supporting onboarding, account opening, or client documentation processes
  • Data management and analysis
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal)

Plusses:

  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to perform in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments

Job Summary:

This contractor will support the Sales team by managing the end‑to‑end client onboarding lifecycle. This includes document collection, account opening setup, and coordinating across Sales, Negotiation, and Operations teams. The resource will review and execute low‑to‑moderately complex business execution assignments while identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage pipeline of clients being onboarded and provide status updates to Sales, clients, Negotiation, and Operations
  • Submit requests for all new client onboarding and account openings
  • Collect onboarding documents (organizational docs, tax forms, agreements) from Sales, Relationship Managers, clients, or third‑party advisors
  • Serve as the central point of contact for onboarding‑related inquiries and coordination
  • Partner across internal support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely execution
  • Review and analyze basic business execution tasks, exercising independent judgment where needed
