What you will do here:

The Client Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of Keystone Hosting, Enterprise Cloud, and other SwitchThink products and solutions for our clients. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing client onboarding efforts post-sale, with a strong focus on technical project coordination, internal process adherence, and cross-functional alignment. The Implementation Manager is the primary liaison between the client, SwitchThink IT teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and outstanding client experience.

Client Onboarding & Delivery Management

  • Partner with clients immediately following the sales cycle to launch structured and supportive onboarding processes.

  • Establish trust and confidence with clients by delivering timely, accurate, and value-driven onboarding engagements.

  • Plan, manage, and track implementation projects, including client conversions, ad hoc projects (e.g., card conversions, vendor connections), and daily support tickets.

Project Coordination & Technical Facilitation

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (5-10 individuals) across IT, architecture, engineering, operations, Corelation and vendors.

  • Track and manage deliverables including connectivity, vendor interfaces, integration, testing, operational automation and turnover.

  • Act as a technical liaison, using foundational technical knowledge to ask clarifying questions, resolve issues, and communicate requirements.

  • Partner closely with the Hosting Product Owner to improve product and implementation related processes and ensure alignment with Hosting strategies.

  •

Project Monitoring, Communication, and Issue Resolution

  • Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, task trackers, and action plans.

  • Monitor risks, issues, and decisions across projects; proactively communicate status, blockers, and next steps to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare for and lead client and internal project meetings, including creation and distribution of meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.

  •

Operational Responsibilities

  • Utilize project templates, systems, forms, and guidelines to manage all projects.

  • Open and manage project-related tickets, ensuring a proactive, results-driven approach to tracking progress.

  • Prepare for and attend meetings hosted by clients, vendors, and Correlation, and follow up as needed.

  • Support process improvement efforts, contributing to team efficiency and client satisfaction.

  •

What you will need:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • 1+ years of experience managing technical client implementations or software delivery projects required.

  • 1+ years experience in the Credit Union, banking, or financial technology sector required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment required.

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT systems including virtualization, OS (Linux/Windows), networking, storage, messaging tools, and disaster recovery required.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive resolution without constant oversight required.

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to proactively identify and resolve issues preferred.

  • Customer service orientation to build strong client relationships beyond project delivery preferred.

  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle competing deadlines efficiently preferred.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) preferred.

  • Experience using ticketing systems and project management tools preferred.
