Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Client Development (CD) and Partnership team by managing proposals, contracts, scheduling, and logistics. You will serve as a key liaison between our CD and Partnership team, brokers, prospective clients, and our Client Success team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
The Client Development Coordinator will play a critical role in helping FEDlogic continue its growth trajectory by ensuring our business development efforts are well-organized, timely, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Development and Partnership teams with drafting, reviewing, and tracking proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule demos, webinars, and on-site client presentations.
- Order and manage swag, marketing materials, and give-aways for client meetings and events.
- Follow up with brokers, prospective clients, and partners regarding proposals and next steps.
- Provide timely updates and reminders to ensure the BD team stays on track with deliverables.
- Liaise with the Client Success team to support smooth client onboarding and implementation after a deal is secured.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions are documented.
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed to support overall Client Development and Partnership operations.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by Leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Client or partnership development coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative/operations role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fully remote work environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with external partners.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce and Tableau), Google Workplace, Slack and minimal usage of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, health administration or related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Would prefer candidates to have previous experience in the employee benefits or healthcare industry.
